Colitag™ Comparator is used alongside Colitag for determining presence/absence of total coliforms and E. coli.
If a sample is as yellow as or more yellow than the Comparator, it is positive for total coliforms. If the sample produces fluorescence equal to or greater than the Comparator, it is positive for E. coli.
